Perfection Spring & Stamping is your custom manufacturing partner. As such, we work with a variety of raw material, from flat stock to round & square wire. We are able to order, certify, and work with most ASTM, JIN, and DIN specifications to meet even the most demanding raw material specifications. Let our engineering team can assist you in picking the correct raw material for your particular application, taking into consideration your application’s strength, cyclic and environmental requirements.
These include: Cold and hot rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized, tin plate, brass, phosphorous bronze, beryllium copper, nickel, music wire, hard drawn, basic, and oil tempered. These come in a variety of flat stock or wire, with various edge conditions, tempers, or hardness as required. We can also recommend raw material tempers and finishes to meet your most demanding applications, or alternates that can provide cost savings while still meeting your design intent and requirements.
