From initial prototypes for development, testing & design confirmation to mass-production quantities, we are happy to provide a quote for your custom metal stampings, four-slide stampings, wire forms, springs, and/or mechanical assembly services.
Minimum Prototype quantities start at one-piece and go up to 3,000 pieces, for what we define as "Short-Run". Usually, these are used to confirm design intent, application fit-form-function requirements, and program development. Once the design is confirmed, we then offer production tooling for high volume long-term production requirements.
Our Minimum Production Quantities start at 50,000 pieces per order/setup, unless the program requires a lower "Ramp-up" requirement for the initial production runs.
