Aluminum Metal & Progressive Stampings

When it comes to aluminum metal formed parts and aluminum metal progressive stampings. We are experts in our field with the experience and know-how working with various types of Aluminum Alloys and aluminum metal stamping. We can design and manufacture your parts while providing the best match for your application from a wide variety of Aluminum options.

Material Type and Alloy Benefits and Applications
Aluminum 1100 (Temper 0, H12, H14, H25) Soft non-heat-treatable, low strength alloy with strong corrosion resistance.
Aluminum Alloy 3003 (Temper 0, H12, H14, H16, H18) Good corrosion resistance, drawing, & workability with moderate strength, and is weldable.
Aluminum Alloy 5052 (Temper 0, H32, H34, H38) Better corrosion resistance (Than 3003), good drawing, formability, higher strength, and is weldable.
Aluminum Alloy 5005 (Temper 0, H32, H34) Excellent thermal conductivity, medium strength, non-heat-treatable alloy is known for corrosion resistance in alkaline environments.
Aluminum Alloy 5754 (Temper 0, H32, H34) 5754 can be formed by stamping and provides high strength, with a lower ductility, with excellent corrosion resistance, especially to salty or industrial environments.

We can also provide a variety of finishes which include Brushed, Anodizing, Painted, or one-sided bright finish, and edge conditioning.

We purchase certified materials including all chemistry details.  This allows us the ability to trace every finished part back to the actual raw material heat and lot.
