Global Logistics
Perfection Spring & Stamping is located just outside Chicago, USA. Our location allows us to service not only the domestic market quickly, with our central location, but as a global supplier with our international airport and rail lines to both coasts for sea export. Our high quality, low cost, and exceptional lead-time is one reason we are exporting more than 25% of our product to locations around the world. We work with our customer to offer solutions to their individual requirements, whether it be local warehousing options, JIT delivery, vendor-managed inventory, consignment programs, or custom solutions for our customers within USMCA, Europe, and Asia.
Custom Packaging
Packaging is just as important to us as any other product specification. Being a global supplier of precision metal formed components is one thing. It is another to be able to package it in a manner to arrive safely, at the point-of-use, without damage. Our engineering team provides packaging options to our customers to meet the most demanding product specifications, which often include cosmetic requirements. We can design and provide options for custom plastic trays with individual cells (to prevent part scratching, distortion, bending, marks, etc.), individual part wrapping (Cosmetic requirements), and vacuum-sealed bags (Environmental protection), ESD compliant cartons/trays (Electro-static Protection), and more.
